Canada Express Entry 2016 Immigration

As an applicant, you will need to follow two steps

Canada Express Entry Review Process
Once you submit your application in the Express pool, it will be reviewed for compatibility for one of the four programs –Federal Skilled Worker Program: applications are reviewed based on their criteria of being able to achieve financial viability in the country
Federal Skilled Trades Program (FTSC): this allows applicants with job offers to work in any province of Canada except Quebec
Canada Experience Class: this category is relevant for temporary skilled workers in Canada, looking for permanent residency

If your profile matches the criteria in any of these programs then your profile will be published in the Express Entry Pool.
Federal and provincial governments of Canada and interested employers, looking for relevant foreign skilled workers, will have access to the express entry pool, and can pick up profiles based on their defined criteria.
If your profile is chosen, you will be offered job Canada Express Entry 2015 Immigration, called Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). The best part about LMIA is that you can begin working as soon as you immigrate to Canada.
After receiving the LMIA, you will be invited by Canadian Government to apply for Permanent residency called, Invitation to Apply or ITA. You will have to submit your permanent residency application within two months of receiving your ITA.
You will file your permanent residency application under one of the 4 programs, Federal Skilled Worker, Trades Program, Canada Experience Class, and Provincial Nominee Program. An immigration officer will review your application to ensure that you meet the criteria of the program. The application will be further assessed for any legal discrepancy. You will also need to undergo a medical examination. Once you get your Permanent residency visa, you will need to migrate to Canada within the next 6 months.
