UK Parental Visa is one of the category of visa which helps all Elderly Dependent Relative which includes Parents and Grandparents, in certain circumstances, to live with them in UK.
There are few requirements which all have to take care before applying for this visa.
For this visa, the elderly dependent should be either parent or grandparent of UK citizen.
The parent or grandparent should be wholly financially or mainly dependent only on the resident of UK as they do not have any other relative in the home country to take care or give support to them.
If widowed then the elder relative must be above the age of 65 years.
If together, then one of the parent/grandparent must be above the age of 65 years.
The relative who is settled in UK, must give the financial support to the relative by themselves without taking or resource to public funds.
