Canada Transit Visa
This is for those who are landing in Canada and have to take another flight within 48 hours to go to some other country. For this visa, there are two categories of Canada:
Transit without visa.
China transit visa programme.
This visa is not for all applicants, it is only for few countries residents. For the first visa i.e. Transit without visa is for Indonesia, Thailand, Taiwan, and Philippines citizens. And this is only for them if they have US visa in their passport, travelled to Canada on approved airline, and they are going for the transit to US from the approved Canada airport. All who are looking for this visa from the countries mentioned above, must have confirmed ticket to go ahead to US.
For China transit visa, must have passport in hand that is given by People’s Republic of China and also holding visa for US. Rest of the rules for them is also same as mentioned above for Transit Without Visa applications.
So all who are looking for transit visa, must be from the countries mentioned and also must be either going or coming back from US. Other than this, no one else can apply for transit visa at all.
