A copy of LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment).
A copy of nominated letter issued by province or territory that nominated the client.

If going to Quebec, then need to provide the valid certificate which is called CAQ.
Offer of Employment to the foreign national which is exempt from Labour Market impact assessment (LMIA) which should be provided by Employment and Social Development Canada.
