Student Partner Program
Through the Student Partner Program (SPP), the Canadian government offers a streamlined process for foreign students to get enrolled in an educational course in Canada. However, students can get admission only in the participating institutions, collectively known as the SSP member schools. Here is the list of SSP member schools:

Have a letter of admittance from a SSP member school
Have adequate knowledge of English language
IELTS average score of 5.5 or higher, or
Canadian high school diploma from a recognized Canadian curriculum high school in China
Have a Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) from a participating Canadian financial institution
Meet certain medical criteria
Financial intuitions currently participating in the program include Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal, Bank of Nova Scotia and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China – Canada. Contact information of all these financial institutions can be found here.
All the required certificates and documents must be submitted along with the visa application. The list of other relevant documents to be submitted can be found in the SPP Application Kit. The visa application must be submitted at a Visa Application Center.
