Extension of Entrepreneur Visa
This is to be done after three years that you have spend in UK under Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa. If you have done that, again have to calculate your points to make them 95 to go ahead for extension of 2 more years in Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa.
To make these points, you need to have:
Invested 200,00 £ if applying from abroad or 50,000£ if you studying in UK and want to do business in United Kingdom.
Have been registered with HMRC i.e. HM Revenue & Customs within the first six months.
Still at the time of extension of the visa, must have the company in HMRC, Active.
Have established the business and have created the post and hired atleast two United Kingdom’s or EU Citizens settled in UK.
Must pass English Language to score 10 points.
Must have Maintenance funds in the account to score extra 10 points.
If all mentioned above are done, then will get two more years of extension in Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa.
