This is the visa for students who want to come from any country out of European Union to study in United Kingdom. This is the visa that you have to apply in a college or university that is listed in the Tier 4 list, that states which college and university are allowed to take international students.

Must have enough money to support yourself at the time of study, this is in the range of 1100£ per month for 9 months, making it around 9500-1000£ in the bank account for minimum of 28 days. This can be in the account of parents or personal account.
The course that is taken must be higher level of the course already done in home country.
