Document Checklist: Australia Spouse/Partner Visa
If you are applying for this category of visa for Australia, then make your initially you are providing certified copies of all the documents required unless originals are asked for. Also make sure, all the documents are either in English or translated in English.
Documents required for this visa are:
Form 47SP Application form. (Fully filled up, and Go For Visa can help).
The sponsor from Australia should give Form 40SP as a sponsor for a partner.
Pay the visa application fee.
Current and Valid Passports.
Two recent passport sized photograph (45 mm x 35 mm). The photograph must have head and shoulders with white background.
Certified copies of birth certificate, showing both parents name.
Certified copies of Marriage certificate.
Must have undergone Health examination, mainly Chest X-ray, Blood and Urine tests. (We can help you for this).
Must have taken Health Insurance (OSHC). This should have signed letter from health insurance provider.
Character requirement. (Mainly need latest police certificate showing there is no offence undergoing against the applicant).
